    Physical damage or impact to the device, power fluctuations, using non‑original communication cables and adapters instead of the official ones, and any tampering or removal of the serial number will void the device warranty.

    Adapters and cables are not covered by the warranty.

    What are the maintenance conditions for digital kiosks?
    • Avoid placing the device in humid environments.
    • Do not put pressure on the device cables.
    • Make sure the device is connected to a surge protector.
    • Avoid using the device in direct sunlight.
    • Ensure proper grounding for the device.
    What are the conditions for using a self‑service kiosk?
